PLI's Help Center offers a new way to find answers to questions about our products, credit, and more.
Our new “Find a Program” search function allows you to filter through our program library by jurisdiction, credit type, practice area, and preferred viewing format.
Through your “My PLI Credit History” profile, view certificates issued for your PLI credits within customizable date ranges and browse your eligible jurisdictions and available certificates.
Our program credit details are now personalized for you – when your profile includes your jurisdiction, your unique credit information will auto-populate across all PLI program pages.
The new Find a Program search allows you to hone in on specialized subtopics when viewing your search results. Many of our fields go several levels deep, showing you programs in the specializations you’re looking for.
Check “My Programs” to find a list of programs you’re registered for, together with those you’ve already viewed. You can also launch streaming and On-Demand programs, access related materials from programs you attended in person, and request credit.
Our new homepage’s “Trending Now” section features both upcoming and On-Demand programs, as well as publications that focus on today’s most relevant legal topics and new regulations.
Learn how to share PLI content without leaving your search results – options include emailing, sharing over social media, or simply copying the link.
Once you’ve decided to register for an upcoming program, you can find the format and date options on the program page. Select the option that works best for you, including live (in person), live Webcast, or at a Groupcast location.
Couldn’t make it to the live program? View it On-Demand – simply visit the program page and launch the On-Demand media player, where you can view specific segments, review program materials, and view the faculty list.
Our search feature reveals topic-specific segments taken from full-length On-Demand programs. When viewing segment details, you’ll find a description of the segment topics, as well as your personalized credit details for that specific segment. Also available are online readable transcripts, which can be searched for relevant content; to view a discussion of a topic in the On-Demand video segment, simply hover over the paragraph to launch the media player at the specified point.
To add licenses and credit requirements to your account, visit My Licenses and select Need Credits? Input your credit type and any additional information required for issuing certificates such as jurisdiction, license number, year admitted or compliance group. Once this is updated, PLI will send you notifications for your CLE deadlines, rule changes, and the approved programs in your jurisdiction – and more.
Discover the resources you need by using our keyword search feature. The new results page shows all catalog items related to the search term, and features several new ways to filter and customize your findings.
In My Order History, you can view all your previous purchases, or filter by product type and format. If you would like to watch a program again, you can launch the video player from this page, access the program materials, and select individual segments.
Visit PLI's Credit Information page to quickly browse by jurisdiction and credit type to view requirements and deadline information, and to find approved programs that fulfill your requirements.
